UV Coating Ferrite Rubber Magnet Elevator Induction Magnetic Strip
Ferrite Rubber Magnet
Elevator induction magnetic strips are used to fabricate everlasting magnets for elevator programs. Soft ferrites have low coercivity, in order to without problems alternate their magnetization energy and act as a conductor of magnetic fields. They are anisotropic bendy magnets, tender and bendy, crafted from ferrite magnetic powder blended with artificial rubber or polymer resins. Since they may be without problems synthetic in a whole lot of styles and sizes from some millimeters to tens of meters, their programs have extended to consist of now no longer best in electric powered motors, however additionally in sensors and switches for superior equipment.

Features of rubber magnets
Can obtain higher magnetic properties than isotropic sintered ferrite magnets (about 30% improvement).
Post-processing such as undercutting, cutting, punching and bending can be easily performed.
Size and shape can be freely selected from large area magnets to slender shapes.
Due to their elasticity, automatic pressing into motor housings (e.g. micro motors) is easy.
Main applications of rubber magnets
Magnetic temporary driver signs for passenger cars
Elevator curing devices (almost all elevators use curing sheets)
Seals on refrigerator doors
Stationery and novelty items (ideal for PR items)
