What are NdFeB compounds?

 

Neodymium-iron-boron compound is the most widely used type of rare earth magnet compound. It is a permanent magnet made of an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron, forming a tetragonal crystal structure of Nd 2 Fe 14 B.

 

NdFeB compounds have excellent magnetic properties and are widely used in electronics, motors, medical devices, toys, packaging, hardware machinery, aerospace and other fields. Process flow

Application

  • The properties of anisotropic PPS NdFeB pellets are close to that of molded NdFeB magnets and can be used for high-performance magnets. At the same time, PPS has a temperature resistance of 200 degrees and is resistant to acid, alkali and salt environments.

NdFeB has the advantages of high cost performance and good mechanical processing characteristics; the disadvantages are low Curie temperature point, poor temperature characteristics, and easy to powder corrosion, it must be improved by adjusting its chemical composition and surface treatment to meet the requirements of practical applications.
