Elevator Induction Magnetic Strip
Elevator induction magnetic strips are used to manufacture permanent magnets for elevator applications. Soft ferrites have low coercivity, so they can easily change their magnetization strength and act as a conductor of the magnetic field. They are anisotropic flexible magnets, soft and flexible, made from ferrite magnet powder mixed with synthetic rubber or polymer resin. Because they can be easily manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes from a few millimeters to tens of meters, their applications have expanded to include not only in electric motors, but also in sensors and switches in advanced equipment.

Process flow
1. Use ferrite magnetic powder, CPE and antioxidant to mix in a closed mixer, and then crush into particles
2. Produced by calendering or extrusion into materials that require thickness and diameter
3. UV oil coating or PVC and PET paste
4. Magnetization, testing, packaging
Features of rubber magnets
Can obtain higher magnetic properties than isotropic sintered ferrite magnets (about 30% improvement).
Post-processing such as undercutting, cutting, punching and bending can be easily performed.
Size and shape can be freely selected from large area magnets to slender shapes.
Due to their elasticity, automatic pressing into motor housings (e.g. micro motors) is easy.
